Refund policy

I spend months making each item the very best it can be, and hopefully that means something that you will love too! If a problem is present, please contact me within one week of receiving the items.

Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, and prior authorization is required for all returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
