Shipping

We ship worldwide with free shipping available if you purchase over a certain amount. We aim to dispatch orders every 3-5 business days. I personally inspect every creation before sealing them in an envelope to you.

Please double check your order and address details are correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee any order edits after they are placed.

Other Important Notes:

  • Any customs, clearance, or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time in my studio

Untracked Shipping: 3–5 business days ($3.00 CAD)

Tracked Shipping: 3–5 business days ($7.00 CAD, free for orders over $40.00 CAD)

United States

Tracked Shipping: 4-7 business days ($6.00 USD, free for orders over $45.00 USD)

STICKER-ONLY Untracked Shipping: 4-7 business days ($4.00 USD)

Unfortunately I am unable to offer Untracked Shipping for orders containing items other than stickers at this time due to changes in Tariff and Border regulations.

International

Tracked Shipping: Shipping Time Varies ($14.00 CAD - approx. €9.00), free for orders over $65.00 CAD - approx. €45.00

STICKER-ONLY Untracked Shipping: Shipping Time Varies ($5.00 CAD - approx. €3.50)

Tracked vs. Untracked Shipping

Tracked Shipping: Includes a tracking number so that we can both follow your package's journey. Furthermore, all orders with Tracked Shipping come with Shipping Insurance. In the rare case that your package goes missing, replacements may be available if you opted for tracked shipping.

Untracked Shipping: More affordable but comes with higher risks. Missing untracked packages cannot be replaced.

Lost or Missing Orders

We cannot be held responsible for any missing or lost shipments after they are handed over to the carrier. However, please contact us if you are unable to locate your package and we will work together on a resolution and sending a replacement, if eligible. Orders with Tracked Shipping come with Shipping Insurance, therefore a refund or replacement can be done after the insurance claim is approved.
